L129 Columbian Zebra Pleco

The L129 Pleco (Hypancistrus debilittera), also known as the Colombian Zebra or False Zebra Pleco, is a highly sought-after dwarf catfish native to the Orinoco basin. Known for its striking black-and-white stripes, it is prized as a peaceful, small-growing centerpiece fish.

• Temperament: Peaceful; can be slightly territorial toward other bottom-dwellers but makes an excellent community fish.
• Diet: Primarily a protein-fed omnivore. Requires high-quality sinking pellets, frozen foods (like bloodworms or brine shrimp), and occasional veggies. Not efficient algae eaters.
• Lifespan: Typically 8–10 years.
