API pH Up

pH is the measure of acidic or alkaline conditions in water, where 7.0 indicates a neutral pH level. Levels above 7.0 are considered alkaline and values below 7.0 are considered acidic. Different fish need different pH levels to be healthy, therefore it is important to test your water regularly to ensure pH levels are corrrect.

This product is designed to raise the pH of aquarium water where testing shows pH to be at an undesirably low acidic level. The product raises pH and makes aquariums water more alkaline. 

This is a fast-acting, colourless, easy-to-use product that will not cloud or colour your aquarium water.

The soulution is phosphate-free and nitrate-free therefore will not encourage algae growth.

Use 1mL of solution per gallon of water.

Determine the pH of aquarium water with an API pH TEST KIT. To raise pH, add 1 ml. for each 10 gallons of aquarium water. Take another pH reading before adding another dose of pH UP pH adjuster. Some fish may be sensitive to pH adjustments greater than 0.2 in a 24 hour period, so changes of this magnitude should be done with extreme care. API pH UP pH adjuster can be used daily in your aquarium, but you should always test the pH between doses.
